This delightful traditional style timber lodge sleeps up to 4 guests and comprises 1 king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower and one spacious twin.
There is a family bathroom with overhead shower and a lovely country-style kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm including a dishwasher, so no arguing about who does the dishes.
The lounge area is perfect for cosy nights in watching a movie or catching up on the soaps while outside the spacious veranda is home to a picnic bench and rejuvenating hot tub.
Newly refurbished to a luxurious standard, this exceptional property is ideal for extended family or groups celebrating a special occasion
The accommodation is set over 2 floors and consists of 5 tastefully decorated bedrooms plus a family bathroom.
Downstairs is an open plan kitchen/diner with handy utility room and no less than 3 reception rooms, 1 with wood burning stove and 1 with games console meaning everyone can have their own space.

Activities in the St Austell Area
St Austell Bay with it’s beautiful sandy beaches is a haven for water sports and for those wanting a relaxing day on the sands, the area is also fantastic for cycling and walking with a host of attractions nearby
One visit will never be enough to discover all the delights of St Austell and the surrounding area. The beaches are second to none with many offering a wide range of water sports and there are some excellent coastal walks.
A visit to the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey is a must; once the centre of Cornwall’s pilchard fishing industry the higgledy piggledy streets are now home to quaint shops selling souvenirs and crafts, art galleries and some excellent restaurants.
Further afield The Eden Project provides a fantastic family day out and the beautiful Georgian village of Charlestown is worth a visit as are The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Cornish Seal Sanctuary.
