What To Expect

Situated on the picturesque coast with breath-taking views of Snowdonia National Park, Tan Rallt Country Park boasts a selection of luxury holiday homes that offer an indulgent escape.

However, guests will not be leaving behind the convenience and home comforts they are used too. These exquisite lodges have all mod cons including fully fitted kitchens, state of the art entertainment systems and of course that all important outdoor space with secluded hot tub.

North Wales crams a lot into a relatively small area, fairytale castles, magnificent beaches, historic sites, culture and some of the country’s best outdoor activities make it the best choice for families or couples looking for a luxurious break.

First Class Luxury

HOT TUB HEAVEN

The luxury you will find at this park is second to none not only do these deluxe lodges have a rejuvenating outdoor hot tub.

Also on offer are spa treatments, beauty treatments, a luxury pack for couples with chocolate, champagne and flowers, special breakfast pack and lavish barbeque pack containing prime locally sourced meats.

The Accommodation

LODGES OR COTTAGES?

These 2 grand lodges offer comfort and style in abundance, the large open plan living area is ideal for the whole family to congregate and with heating throughout these delightful lodges can be enjoyed whatever the season.

The facilities on site are excellent, making Tan Rallt holiday park popular with couples and families looking for a holiday to remember.

Pet Friendly

GOOD PLACE FOR DOGS

An excellent area for dogs and there are some fantastic family attractions which allow pets including Greenwood Forest Park and surprisingly the Sygun Copper Mines, though I wouldn’t fancy carrying a Newfoundland down the metal stairway.

While the lodges at Tan Rallt Country park are not pet-friendly they are exceptional for couples and families and you can find some lovely dog-friendly properties here.

Activities in the Abergele area

Named by Lonely Planet as one of the top destinations in the world, this majestic area has something for everyone and is popular for both families and couples looking for an idyllic setting with plenty to do.

Snowdonia National Park is home to some exciting outdoor pursuits, so thrill-seekers will love staying here, mountain-biking, canoeing, abseiling and white-water rafting are all on offer as well as more gentle activities such as bird-watching, fishing, and pony trekking. You can even travel to the summit of Wales’ highest mountain on a steam train.

There is nothing better when you are on holiday than a day at the beach and North Wales does not disappoint, while you may get as much sun as the Mediterranean you will certainly get miles of golden sand, pretty fishing villages and lots of water-sports.

A visit to Llandudno on a lovely summer’s day is a must this traditional Victorian seaside town retains much of its original charm with an old-fashioned promenade and lively pier.

With 2 impressive castles also within easy reach, Caernarfon Castle, which is home to 2 dragons, yes really! Check out their story here, and Conwy Castle which boasts a fascinating exhibition on Edward 1 and even has jousting tournaments during the summer months.
