Stunning bedrooms with large windows for maximum sunlight. Sunny and spacious open plan living and dining room. There is a breakfast bar for enjoying your meals.

Or enjoy them on the veranda and make use of the high quality garden furniture. Your superb private hot tub is right on your door step.

Pet Friendly

The park is pet friendly but only in specific accommodation and no more than 2 pets each accommodation. There is a charge of £40 per week or short break each. Please enquire before making a booking.

Activities in the shanklin area

Families choose Lower Hyde Holiday Park for all the wide array of activities. Your stay includes an entertainment pass, which allows you access to a world of water fun and games. You have a choice of an indoor swimming pool or an outdoor heated pool.

The children will enjoy the waterslide and adventure playground. If that isn’t enough let them spend the day in the amusement arcade. The whole family can get active on the multi-sports court or enjoy variety shows at the entertainment venue. Mums and dads can relax in the bar and restaurant. Take a drive to the surrounding seaside towns and experience some of the local attractions, pubs and eateries.

You can’t miss out on the awe-inspiring Shanklin Chine. This amazing tree lined gorge was carved by the elements over thousands of years. This is a true spectacle and should not be missed.

Shanklin Beach can be found next to the clock tower. This clock tower was dedicated in 1897 to mark Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee. you can hire clean modern sunbeds deckchairs windbreakers and parasols at the beach.

Shanklin Theatre is a treat with regular shows with household names from Comedy and Music. This is an all year round 615 seat venue providing top entertainment for all tastes.

The children will go wild over Dinosaur Isle. Walk back through fossilised time to the period of the dinosaurs where you will find amongst the fossils, many interactive displays. On a recreated landscape enhanced by sights, smells and sounds you will meet life sized dinosaurs.
