Llangorse Lodge

This superb lodge is all on one level and comprises of 2 bedrooms; a double and spacious twin.

Sleeping 6, with 4 adults in a double and twin room and 2 children sleeping in the bunk beds, a travel cot can also be arranged for babies.

Activities in Lake Windermere Area

If you have a car there are many great family days out in the lakes, Muncaster Castle is a popular attraction, proclaimed to be the most haunted building in the UK the castle is set in 70 acres and home to the World Owl Trust with over 49 species of owls.

There are some splendid beaches on the coast, spend the day at Grange over Sands this charming town is close to Lakeland Miniature Village or enjoy the life size interactive displays at Beatrix Potter World

Brockhole Visitor Centre with its huge array of activities is a must and for a leisurely afternoon why not enjoy a trip on a steam train at Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway.
