About FARMHOUSE COTTAGE

The property was partly converted from an old farm house. The cottage is now a cosy getaway for a romantic weekend or holiday away from the big city.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY

A warm and inviting living room with beams greats you when you walk in the door. There is Biomass central heating and a wood burner tucked away in the corner for those romantic evenings in front of the fire.

The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The patio with garden furniture is ideal for breakfasts.

On the first floor is the bedroom and its comfy king-size bed. The shower room has a walking in shower cubicle, toilet and basin with heated towel rail

Relaxing in the private hot tub is a perfect way to end the day, with or without a sundowner. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. There is an external utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site).

Outbuilding with freezer (shared with other properties on-site). A cot at a cost of £10 is available on request. The cottage also boasts an electric car charging point.

There is private parking for 2 cars. Please note that this cottage is not suitable for children over 3 years old as there is an unfenced stream running through the garden.

The beautiful Cumbrian village of Caldbeck, with a pub, tea rooms and shop, is a short drive away. The Beach is 15½ miles away. Shop, pub and restaurant a short 2½ miles away.

This beautiful landscape and historic buildings are a dream come true for any artist or photographer.
