About the property

A family-run holiday home, a warm welcome is given by the owners Helen and Ian. A home cooked breakfast is available on a daily basis and there is a kitchen and spacious dining room for meals for small parties as well as larger groups.

A spacious lounge bar is on site and there are fantastic views of Blackpool's Promenade and the Irish Sea from the outdoor Sun Lounge. The Games Room has a pool table and luxurious hot tub.Each room has a double, king size or twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with plenty of wardrobe space for luggage and clothes. Free Wi-Fi is available and there is a flat screen TV in the social living area.Blackpool's famous beaches are within walking distance, including Blackpool North Beach and Bispham Beach.

For visits during Blackpool's Illuminations, a time when the town is truly lit up in sparkling lights, a short walk along the promenade takes you to the heart of the Illuminations and Blackpool town centre itself which has excellent shopping, bars and plenty of amusement arcades to keep you busy in a traditional seaside town setting.
