Finished to exacting standards this gorgeous detached cottage offers contemporary open plan living, with a homely feel.

The vaulted ceiling with exposed beams creates a feeling of space giving West a light and airy ambience and the modern, stylish kitchen has everything you need to prepare tasty family meals.

The property is fully central heated so can be enjoyed whatever the weather and the comfortable seating area with log burner is the ideal spot to snuggle up and watch a film.

The 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms comprise a king-size double and twin and there is also a bathroom with separate shower.

Outside lends itself to al-fresco living, enjoy a barbecue on the pleasant patio while drinking in the spectacular views towards Dunstanburgh Castle or have a long relaxing soak in the secluded hot tub.

The owners have recently built an indoor heated pool for guests and there is a shared children’s play area. Guests can even book the owner’s beach hut and spend the day at the beach which can be reached by following the gently sloping farm track

Activities in the Embleton Area

Embleton is the ideal choice for visitors wanting to explore Northumberland's Heritage Coastline, with an abundance of lovely walks and host of activities right on the doorstep.

A must for anyone staying at a cottage with hot tub in Northumberland; a day trip to Seahouses will give you the chance to take a boat trip and see the puffin and seal colonies on the Farne Islands.

Another day trip, not to be missed is one to Lindisfarne, this popular tourist attraction is reached by a tidal causeway and has been a place of pilgrimage for centuries.

Kids will love Chain Bridge Honey Farm at Berwick-upon-Tweed, broomstick training at Alnwick Castle, which was used as a location for the Harry Potter films and the popular Go Ape at Morpeth where they tackle the tree top nets.

Then there is the dramatic Northumberland coast with secluded coves, windswept beaches and idyllic fishing villages, where you can enjoy fish and chips, Craster kippers or that famous Northumbrian delicacy; Pan Haggerty, a real treat!
