This charming property is ideal for families and the ground floor accommodation comprises of modern fully-fitted kitchen, equipped with everything you require to cook delicious meals.

The comfortable seating has space for the whole family to dine and relax and is packed with original features. Also, on the ground floor is a boutique-style wet room with roll top bath and two bedrooms a double and a twin, each with their own TV. Outside is well-kept garden with decking area perfect for alfresco dining.

These cottages are located on the owner's working fruit farm and their well-stocked farm shop is ideal for picking up some local produce, there is also a local village store close by for stocking-up on essentials

The property comes with a private hot tub, 3 TV's, with Freeview, so no arguing over what to watch, a DVD, CD/radio and selection of board games, books and DVDs. There is also Wi-Fi so they kids can keep in touch with friends and you can check your emails or make friends jealous posting your holiday snaps.

Guests have shared use of the lovely indoor swimming pool which is heated all year round and is ideal for a morning dip

The neighbouring property is home to 6 fishing reservoirs which are available to guests for a small charge (£7 a day) so if you enjoy this relaxing outdoor activity, countryside breaks don't come any better.
