Located on the edge of the Cotswolds, The Stalls in Aynho, near Banbury is a modern, spacious barn conversion which can be booked on its own for groups of up to six people or with The Hayloft to accommodate groups of up to 14 people.

Brilliantly located for days out in Warwick, Leamington Spa or in the pretty local towns and villages, The Stalls has outstanding views out over the surrounding countryside which can be enjoyed from the hot tub, or cosy up together in the living room with the log burner on colder nights.

The Stalls

Comfortably sleeping six people, The Stalls has three double bedrooms, two doubles (one with en-suite bathroom) and one twin bedroom. There is a modern house bathroom and the kitchen and dining area are open-plan with a contemporary feel.

The Stalls has a lawned garden which is perfect for families with children or for those who want to enjoy a garden view as they relax on the patio or in the hot tub which has an enviable position in the garden looking out to the surrounding countryside.

The cottage benefits from underfloor central heating and a wood burner stove in the living room. There is on-site parking for three cars.

The Hayloft

The Hayloft is the perfect choice for groups or larger families and sleeps eight people. The cottage has three double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor.

On the first floor there is a gallery area which overlooks the kitchen and dining room.

The cosy living room has a contemporary feel yet is cosy with the log burner for extra warmth as you enjoy a chat and a glass of wine on an evening. The Hayloft has a lawned garden area with patio and there is on-site parking for two cars.

Located within easy reach of the pretty villages of the Cotswolds, The Stalls is the ideal choice for those who love walking and spending time exploring the great outdoors on foot or on horseback. The area has fantastic footpath and bridle paths to explore.

Aynho itself is famous for the apricot trees growing on the stone walls of the houses in the village which is a pleasant place for a stroll no matter what the weather.

Banbury is the place to go to savour Banbury cakes in their home environment and to enjoy some retail therapy in the town’s bustling high street. Tooley’s Boatyard in the town offers guided tours of the narrow boat workshop and dry-dock or check out the excellent and historic local pubs.
