Springfields is ideally located to explore the National Park which as well as some outstanding scenery offers a huge range of activities such as; climbing, fishing, horse-riding, and canoeing.

There are tons of family attractions in Central England and the National Park is one of the most popular tourist spots in Europe. 

Take a ride on the Churnet Valley Steam Railway which is less than 5 miles away or visit Rudyard Lake with the option to go sailing, fishing or kayaking. 

Alternatively, for walking and climbing ‘The Roaches Rocks’ on the southern uplands of the Pennines offer some fantastic photo opportunities and golfers will be spoiled for choice with an abundance of courses set in the rolling Staffordshire countryside.

The thrilling rides of Alton Towers theme park make for a fun-filled family day, the world-famous Wedgewood Potteries and Chatsworth House are also well worth a visit.
